RETURN & REFUND POLICY (35 DAYS)

  1. We allow returns and refunds within 35 calendar days of the delivery date. This timeline gives you a fair window to inspect the goods and ensure they are in perfect condition.
    We want every partner to feel secure in their purchase, without any urgency or risk.

  2. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and untampered with. Products that have been opened, consumed, or relabeled are not eligible for a refund.
    All returns are inspected before the refund is approved.

  3. If the return is due to a shipping error, damaged item, or incorrect product, we will cover the return cost and offer either a refund or replacement.
    Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval and product inspection.


 PAYMENT METHOD POLICY

  1. All wholesale payments must be made exclusively through Wise (TransferWise). This method is safe, fast, and traceable, ensuring both sides have complete transaction records.
    We do not accept PayPal, credit cards, Western Union, or cash.

  2. Payment must be completed before order processing begins. Once we receive full payment, your order is booked for packing and shipping.
    Orders without confirmed payments will remain on hold until the payment clears.

  3. Wise allows you to transfer directly from your bank to ours, with clear transaction references. After transfer, please send a screenshot or tracking link for confirmation.
    This helps us avoid any delay in confirming and processing your order.
